After your machines are calibrated, there are only a few steps before you get to start using Amper and improve your Facility's efficiency. In this article we will go over the Machine State Validation process and finally the Go Live process with your Customer Success Manager.
Machine State Validation
After we calibrate your machines we want to make sure that we are providing you accurate readings right from the start. In order to do that we need your help in collecting data on when the machines are running with production and when they stop that production. This information will help our Data Science team validate the machines' calibrations and ensure that you system is functioning up to our standards.
Machine Validation Form
To help us in the validation process we ask that you fill out the tab titled "Validation Sheet". To fill this sheet out you will provide three sets of information for each machine with the following:
- Date and time the machine begins production and runs for at least 10 minutes consecutively.
- Date and time the machine ends that production run, goes idle/off, and stays idle/off for at least 10 minutes.

The user has provided three different sets of the date and time when the machine has begun production and also the time that the machine has stopped that production and gone idle/off. Note that the final column is populated with green check marks meaning that the row is complete.
Go Live and CSM Meetings
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will reach out to schedule your Go Live meeting. In this meeting you and your team will be provided access to your Amper account. You and your CSM will provide you guidance by training you on using the Amper app so you are ready to use it when the meeting is over.
In the meeting you will go over functionality such as adding additional users, Operator Interfaces, Machine Groups. Your CSM will also walk you through usage of any Modules that have been activated for you so you are prepared to get the most out of Amper right from the start.
After the initial Go Live meeting your CSM will follow up with you on a weekly basis for the first month. You can use these meetings to ask any questions you may have as well as receive guidance to ensure you are maximizing the impact of Amper.
